Digital Prints Via Post - Post to us is FREE using our FREEPOST address. Postage back to you is as indicated on the envelopes used or the order forms printed. This may vary depending on the promotion being run at the time.
Film Processing - Unfortunately we no longer process conventional colour negative film. Our existing Directfoto envelopes are handled by Truprint Ltd. We do however make prints from digital images.
Please note we will only send orders to the UK and certain parts of Europe. Please call 0844 482 3328 to confirm postage costs for larger orders and which countries we will send to.
Delivery Time
Directfoto uses First Class Royal Mail from Guernsey (Channel Islands) and aim to dispatch your order the day of receipt. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery from the date of order. Our tracking tests show that 95% of goods reach our customers within 7 days of dispatch. We do not open on weekends or Bank holidays.
Please note around Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas etc… delays may occur due to the increase in the post volumes throughout the UK.
If goods have not been received within 14 working days, please contact our Customer Care on 0844 482 3328 for help. A postal search will then be instigated and a re-dispatch if necessary.
Packaging
We delivery all our products in padded envelopes (except for films and single-use cameras) to protect the enclosed items during delivery. The address labels will be clearly printed on these envelopes. You are kindly asked to check the address and postcode before you actually confirm the order.
Special Delivery
Currently we are not equipped to offer any special delivery arrangements to our customers. This, however, is under review.
